Price includes linen tablecloths and VIP disposables plates, flatware, napkins, and cups.
Hot menu items are served from chafers, cold items from beautiful ceramic, pewter, silver, or crystal platters. Some menu items may be served from baskets.
The buffet will be set up with food items elevated at differing levels.
The Service Team provides set-up, take-down and two hours of buffet service. Menu Prices include the food, any disposable plates, cups, napkins, utensils, linens & light decor for a buffet set-up. We are a disposable style service - a 15% service fee will be added to the invoice along with sales tax. This covers the miscellaneous costs of delivery, set-up, take-down and two hours of buffet service. For additional hours of service a $20.00 per hour per attendant charge would be assessed.
